What you will do

• Act as the primary link between plant controlling teams and regional management for data analytics and financial reporting.
• Review financial data, analyze variances against plan/forecast, and support month-end close activities.
• Consolidate financial data from US and Mexico plants to provide a regional overview.
• Perform ad hoc financial studies, including ROI analysis, cost trends, and pricing initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations and ensure data alignment with accounting and shared services.
• Update financial forecasts and support overall planning activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in financial controlling or analysis.
• Solid knowledge of current accounting and audit principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
