What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for payment and financial systems.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code focused on performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a long-term improvement mindset.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Utilize GCP services like Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery for cloud-native development.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
