What you will do

• Design, create, and maintain efficient and reliable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to architect and deliver new services.
• Develop new features that add significant value to customers.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain user-facing technical documentation for seamless adoption.
• Contribute to shaping and maintaining high engineering standards and culture.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the specified Brazilian cities (São Paulo, Campinas, São José dos Campos, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Florianópolis).
• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Proficiency in Golang is a significant advantage.
• Experience delivering high-quality production services and systems.
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy towards users.
• Relevant fintech or banking industry experience, especially in fraud prevention or compliance.
• Proficient in English for communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in data engineering.
