TL;DR
Director of Shopify (DTC): Own and scale the Shopify channel end-to-end as a major revenue driver in a performance-driven DTC environment with an accent on technical expertise, data analytics, CRO, and lifecycle marketing. Focus on optimizing conversion funnels, building analytics dashboards, launching products rapidly, and leading a specialized team as the channel expands.

What you will do
- Own and scale the Shopify channel end-to-end, driving revenue growth, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
- Manage Shopify ecosystem including themes, integrations, site performance, and technical infrastructure.
- Lead rapid product launches with optimized pages, bundles, subscriptions, and merchandising.
- Drive CRO through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation.
- Build analytics dashboards for performance tracking across traffic, conversion, retention, and unit economics.
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies (email/SMS) to improve retention and subscriptions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and establish scalable processes, SOPs, and best practices.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Shopify team.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling Shopify stores in DTC brands with impact on revenue, CVR, AOV, LTV, and retention.
- Strong expertise in Shopify, including themes, Liquid, apps, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Advanced skills in analytics, CRO, A/B testing, performance optimization, and building dashboards.
- Deep experience with lifecycle marketing tools like Klaviyo for segmentation, automation, and attribution.
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and pixel/event implementation across paid channels.
- Experience in supplements, health/wellness, or regulated DTC categories highly preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, intrapreneurial mindset, ownership, and leadership readiness.
