Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 / annually

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day global payout operations for CANVAS creators to ensure scalable and efficient processing.
• Serve as the primary contact for payment-related inquiries and develop self-service help guides for creators.
• Partner with Finance, Planning, and Engineering to diagnose system errors and advocate for automation.
• Lay operational groundwork for upcoming initiatives, including subscription settlements and ad revenue-share.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean (professional level) for collaboration with South Korea-based teams.
• Proven track record in financial operations, operational execution, or project management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders (finance, product, engineering).
• Analytical skills to identify operational gaps and implement swift resolutions.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California for on-site work.
