What you will do
- Execute regional Go-to-Market strategies to drive profitable growth in EMEA and APAC.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and VP-level executives at target accounts.
- Generate and manage a qualified pipeline of procurement service opportunities.
- Articulate the value of bundled offerings including advisory, managed services, and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal product and solution teams to develop value-driven proposals.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with support from legal and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Full authorization to work in Europe.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to a European location.
- 10-15 years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in procurement, including Category Management and Source-to-Contract.
- Proven track record of selling procurement consulting, BPO/BPM, and digital solutions.
- Strong executive presence and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with EMEA and APAC regional market dynamics.
- Background in developing GTM strategies for service-based offerings.
