What you will do
- Lead teams to achieve metric goals and complete monthly deliverables.
- Manage overall team performance and ensure operational excellence.
- Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
- Perform administrative tasks required for operational support.
Requirements
- Completed at least 2 years of college education.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Team Lead or Manager in Operations, Training, or Workforce.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Travel, Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial accounts.
