ServiceNow Project Manager (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote for Philippines-based candidates; must work US business hours

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of ServiceNow implementation and consulting projects across multiple modules.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Agile project teams using the NowCreate methodology.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, blockers, and delivery variances.
• Present project status, recommendations, and project health updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, post-implementation transition, closure, lessons learned, and handoff activities.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
• Experience managing ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platform implementations.
• Experience with Agile or Hybrid Agile methodologies and familiarity with NowCreate.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, labour hours, resource forecasts, burn rates, risks, dependencies, scope, and change control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow SPM / PPM (ITBM).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and reliable overlap with North American business hours are required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery, or GRC modules.
• Experience delivering enterprise ITSM, CRM, or CX implementations in consulting or systems-integration environments.
• ServiceNow CSA, ITIL, PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or related delivery certifications.
• Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
