What you will do

• Manage the full transaction lifecycle for industrial lease and sale assignments, from RFP issuance to lease execution.
• Prepare property surveys, tour schedules, and competitive property reports tailored to tenant requirements.
• Support the preparation of listing agreements, commission agreements, RFPs, proposals, LOIs, and leases.
• Perform financial analyses, including occupancy cost models and net effective rent calculations.
• Act as the primary liaison between brokerage, marketing, research, legal, and operations departments.
• Maintain the client opportunity pipeline in the CRM and manage property files in SharePoint/Teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting commercial real estate or professional services organizations.
• Active state real estate salesperson or broker license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for creating and editing marketing materials.
