What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 40–60+ accounts with credit limits up to $5M, handling the full credit lifecycle.
• Independently underwrite IF, LF, Term Loan, and ABL deals, including covenant design and deal restructuring.
• Lead client diligence calls with CFOs and controllers and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Develop systematic improvements to credit operations, including workflow redesign and lien filing optimization.
• Contribute to CRR model development, financial ratio calibration, and portfolio monitoring dashboard maintenance.
• Manage compliance, UCC filings, and lien perfection across US and international jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial lending, credit risk, or portfolio management.
• Strong expertise in trade finance, working capital, or inventory financing.
• Proven ability to independently underwrite IF/LF and Term Loan facilities.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and analytical views.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas, United States.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing diligence and internal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Python proficiency for analysis scripts and financial modeling.
• Experience with Looker, GSheets dashboards, or automation tools like Parabola, Airtable, or n8n.
• MBA, CFA, or FRM certification.
• Proficiency in ABL fundamentals.
