What you will do

• Monitor and maintain the health of datacenter systems including power, cooling, and environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and infrastructure hardware issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and decommission datacenter hardware assets.
• Manage and track all datacenter inventory and hardware documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support daily operations and emergency needs.
• Ensure compliance through audits and rigorous change management processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of datacenter or IT infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking equipment, and datacenter environments.
• Proven ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent standing.
• Strong problem-solving, technical support, and documentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or CCNP.
• Hands-on experience with Dell hardware.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN and networking protocols.
