Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: €70,500 – €95,500

What you will do

• Provide global IT support by managing tickets from submission to resolution.
• Automate IT workflows using Okta Workflows and SCIM-based application provisioning.
• Manage onboarding processes, including system access and technology provisioning.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate procurement and logistics with vendors.
• Support and configure macOS, iOS, and Windows systems across 2500+ endpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for hybrid office attendance.
• Advanced expertise in Okta (Workflows, SCIM, group and rule management).
• Proficiency in supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows environments.
• Experience with SaaS tools such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, GSuite, and GitHub.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
