What you will do

• Lead the architecture, engineering, and integration of global physical security systems.
• Build and maintain technical security infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Develop global physical security standards and technical specifications for compliance.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including roadmap, budget, and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance of third-party security integrators.
• Deploy AI-powered analytics and automation to improve threat intelligence and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise physical security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Visitor Management).
• Hands-on experience with systems like Avigilon or Alta Open.
• Knowledge of IT operations supported by experience or certification (ITSM, ITIL, PMP).
• Experience managing people, vendors, and budgets for timely project delivery.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office.

Nice to have

• PMP or ITIL certifications.
• Experience with AI-driven security analytics.
