What you will do

• Perform data collections for eDiscovery requests, including DSARs and internal investigations.
• Review Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts and escalate them to Insider Threat, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Support Insider Threat investigations through the collection, analysis, and documentation of digital evidence.
• Maintain a strict chain of custody and adhere to proper evidence handling procedures.
• Execute forensic imaging and acquisition of digital devices while preserving data integrity.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, IT, and Security teams to ensure collections are timely and auditable.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or cybersecurity.
• Professional experience supporting data collections, investigations, or evidence handling.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information according to defined procedures.
• Capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and documentation standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Magnet Axiom, Microsoft Purview, or Azure Information Protection.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and legal hold processes.
• Relevant certifications such as CEDS, Magnet Axiom, or Microsoft Security/Compliance.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, HR, or Security teams in investigative workflows.
