What you will do

• Assist with asset discovery and coverage validation.
• Monitor static and dynamic vulnerability scans to identify risks and misconfigurations.
• Categorize findings by severity using CVSS and business impact.
• Document vulnerabilities in Jira and ServiceNow, providing CVE details and remediation guidance.
• Verify remediation efforts across endpoints and code repositories.
• Maintain security dashboards and reports while staying current on emerging threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
• Working knowledge of MITRE Attack Framework.
• Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience responding to security threats (real-world or college level).
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking concepts (DNS, routing, endpoint concepts).
• Interest in advancing toward security response responsibilities.
