What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand their workflows and serve as a trusted advisor for information protection.
• Drive complex implementations of the hirify.global Information Protection Suite to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and product teams to track and fulfill customer requirements.
• Configure product functionality, including dictionaries, detectors, and logic to meet specific customer needs.
• Mentor team members on technical knowledge, project management, and customer engagement best practices.
• Define and document best practice techniques, processes, and architectures for the managed services team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of industry experience in professional services consulting or a similar role, preferably in Data Loss Prevention.
• Extensive knowledge of information protection and compliance frameworks.
• Technical proficiency in configuring dictionaries, RegEx, and detector-based logic.
• Experience with data protection tools such as Email DLP, Cloud DLP, Endpoint DLP, DSPM, and AEDLP.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technology to senior business executives.
