What you will do

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage high-volume hiring requirements to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure role clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment deadlines and performance targets.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members (for supervisory/managerial roles).

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Quezon City, Philippines.
• English proficiency required for communication.
• Minimum 6 months to 7 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing depending on the specific level.
• Experience in BPO or manpower agency environments is highly preferred.
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet strict deadlines.
