What you will do

• Provide break-fix support for in-scope middleware COTS software within published SLAs.
• Coordinate with various teams for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalations related to applications, databases, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Install and configure new middleware software in alignment with growth and technology modernization plans.
• Execute software upgrades necessitated by hardware, software, or firmware updates.
• Manage tools administration and provide security compliance support.
• Perform capacity planning for middleware infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
• Over 9 years of experience in middleware administration.
• Hands-on experience with Tibco, Axway, and IIS.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in Atlanta, GA.
