What you will do

• Oversee project implementations and ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate performance for a team of over 10 members.
• Assist in business development activities, including RFP responses, proposal creation, and project estimation.
• Develop new solution offerings, including strategy, vision, and value propositions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage resource staffing across projects.
• Define and enforce data management standards and drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant data/analytic discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in data management roles.
• At least 5 years of management experience in the consulting industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of over 10 members.
• Strong working knowledge of proposal writing and RFPs.
• Must be based in the DC Metro Area.
