What you will do

  • Analyze and advise on the business impact of strategic policies and identify performance drivers.
  • Develop and refine data modeling to support accurate sales forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics.
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards tracking critical sales KPIs, pipeline, and performance trends.
  • Perform advanced data analyses including predictive modeling, segmentation, and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design, manage, and implement strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or revenue analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in technical tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing diverse data sources, including preprocessing, cleansing, and verification.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into insights for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a subscription-based business model.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
