What you will do

• Develop executive-level analytic solutions to support contract optimization, supply chain savings, and revenue enhancement.
• Serve as a strategic embedded analytics advisor to member organizations and internal stakeholders.
• Lead advanced spend analytics, contract penetration analysis, and utilization trending.
• Troubleshoot complex data integrity and reporting issues, providing root cause analysis and resolution.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts on best practices, tools, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable analytics processes and improve member engagement outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of applicable experience in analytics or related fields.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Strong experience with BI tools, SQL, and large-scale data manipulation.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data architecture, governance, and quality management.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level strategic recommendations.
