Salary: MYR 3,000 - 3,400 monthly

What you will do

• Oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) report delivery for the China market, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Design and develop new reports and implement change requests to enhance client decision-making.
• Leverage BI tools to create interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of reporting processes and quality control measures.
• Assist the BI Lead in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in reading and writing Simplified Chinese (Mandarin) to support the China market.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and strong analytical skills for validating large datasets.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently.
