What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–6 Major Partner Account Managers.
• Drive consistent revenue growth and high customer satisfaction across strategic partner accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with top partners and their leadership teams.
• Lead annual planning processes and ensure clear, measurable execution against growth targets.
• Represent partner needs internally to influence product, programs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline quality while providing reliable updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field required.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience in partner or account management.
• Deep expertise in managing complex B2B solutions, with ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to operate effectively at the executive level.
• Strong operational skills in planning, forecasting, and driving accountability.
