Compensation: $130,000–$170,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Manage AI Agent deployments throughout the full lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-launch optimization.
• Develop AI roadmaps for executive teams using quantitative analysis and qualitative insights.
• Iterate on prompt and context engineering to achieve specific business outcomes.
• Design and execute A/B tests and evaluations for AI Agents using internal builder tools.
• Develop and improve playbooks for agent development and customer deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Implementations, or similar analytical roles.
• Hands-on approach with a strong bias for action and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, or financial domains.
• Background in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Experience working with AI or LLM-first products.
• Technical understanding of systems thinking and building AI Agents.
