What you will do

• Design and implement scalable go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and organizational alignment.
• Optimize workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales enablement tools.
• Lead forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation processes based on data-driven insights.
• Develop GTM playbooks and training programs to ensure team readiness and consistent execution.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as pipeline health, CAC, and retention to uncover growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• 5+ years of experience in GTM, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot is required.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to design and scale GTM processes.
• Experience integrating AI and emerging technologies into operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
