Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 / hour

What you will do
- Handle calls and email requests from internal sales groups and external channel partners.
- Create and submit quotes specifically for Cloud Voice product lines.
- Review online orders and confirm details with channel partners prior to entry.
- Initiate and follow up on VOIP testing and procedures before installation.
- Manage the end-to-end process from initial quote to final order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, project management, or sales roles.
- Experience working within an inbound call queue.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
- Tech-savvy background, preferably with experience in the telecom or SaaS industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
