TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Draper, UT or Richardson, TX. This role operates under a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Resolve back-office cases including CD maturity, account maintenance, and deceased depositor processing.
  • Place outbound calls to gather information and assist customers with retail deposit products.
  • Process incoming mail and update case records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Navigate internal systems to research requests and document outcomes clearly.
  • Adhere to strict risk mitigation, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations including check payments, wires, and ACH.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a risk-control mindset.
  • High School diploma.
  • Ability to work weekend and evening shifts as required.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting deposit products in a bank or financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with case management tools and workflow queues.
  • Experience handling sensitive customer scenarios or written correspondence.
