What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for multiple client orders and project lifecycles.
• Manage project timelines, critical tasks, and resource allocation across multiple internal groups.
• Facilitate effective internal team and external customer meetings.
• Identify and resolve order-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
• Collect and maintain accurate project documentation and customer setup information.
• Prepare progress reports and project completion summaries for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Telecom background of at least 2 years is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with sales agents and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
