What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact and manager for multiple client orders.
• Manage project timelines, critical tasks, and coordination across multiple internal groups.
• Interface with sales agents and staff members to resolve order-related issues.
• Perform daily project tracking, including resource management and workflow supervision.
• Create and execute project work plans and prepare interim and completion reports.
• Facilitate efficient internal team and external customer meetings.

Requirements

• Telecommunication background of at least 2 years is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize complex information in a dynamic environment.
• Must be located in or available to work from one of the specified US cities.
