Focus on coordinating between IndyCar, suppliers, and GM Motorsports to resolve roadblocks and ensure implementation readiness.

Location: Hybrid: Concord, NC (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between IndyCar, teams, suppliers, and GM Motorsports stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional coordination of IR28 program activities, including requirements alignment and deliverable tracking.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan across engineering, operations, and suppliers.
• Drive issue identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution for technical and program topics.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and critical path items to ensure vehicle launch milestones.
• Prepare leadership updates regarding program status, risks, and required decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Motorsport Management, or a related field.
• 7 or more years of experience in motorsports, program management, or vehicle programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of vehicle development processes in high-performance environments.
• Must be based in or able to report to Concord, NC at least three times per week.
• No immigration sponsorship provided; must have permanent work authorization for the US.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting IndyCar or open-wheel racing programs.
• Familiarity with chassis, aero, powertrain, electronics, and vehicle integration.
• Knowledge of competition regulations and validation processes.
