Location: Hybrid: Concord, NC (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between IndyCar, teams, suppliers, and GM Motorsports stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional coordination of IR28 program activities, including requirements alignment and deliverable tracking.
- Develop and maintain an integrated program plan across engineering, operations, and suppliers.
- Drive issue identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution for technical and program topics.
- Identify program risks, dependencies, and critical path items to ensure vehicle launch milestones.
- Prepare leadership updates regarding program status, risks, and required decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Motorsport Management, or a related field.
- 7 or more years of experience in motorsports, program management, or vehicle programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of vehicle development processes in high-performance environments.
- Must be based in or able to report to Concord, NC at least three times per week.
- No immigration sponsorship provided; must have permanent work authorization for the US.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting IndyCar or open-wheel racing programs.
- Familiarity with chassis, aero, powertrain, electronics, and vehicle integration.
- Knowledge of competition regulations and validation processes.
