What you will do

• Own and shape program strategy by defining and refining program scope and translating ambiguous problems into executable plans.
• Lead complex, cross-functional execution by driving alignment across engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Manage multiple high-risk, high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery against cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Provide technical and product leadership by guiding technical direction, resolving complex technical challenges with subject matter experts, and ensuring integration across systems and lifecycle stages.
• Establish and improve processes by evolving project management, product development, and requirements management best practices and driving adoption of tools and standards.
• Develop people and organizational capability by directing project staffing and mentoring engineers to strengthen execution and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering program or related field.
• Strong project management knowledge to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects and efficiently utilize technical and administrative resources.
• Requirements analysis capability to elicit, analyze, and record business functionality and non-functionality requirements.
• Product design and development experience from concept through production, including knowledge of product features and services.
• Ability to lead technical direction and decision-making across programs and engage subject matter experts to resolve complex engineering issues.
