What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for global AP, covering direct/indirect spend, T&E, and intercompany payables.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives across the procure-to-pay lifecycle to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Ensure accurate accounting impact on the GL, including accruals, prepaids, and intercompany activity.
• Design and execute SOX-compliant AP controls and lead external auditor walkthroughs.
• Manage the three-way match process and GR/IR account integrity to ensure financial precision.
• Lead and develop a global team, managing offshore shared services and third-party providers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of AP experience in a high-growth tech company, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
• Deep expertise in direct spend, three-way match, and GR/IR processes.
• Proven track record of designing SOX-compliant controls in a public company environment.
• Experience leading AP through a major ERP migration (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, SAP).
• Strong technical accounting foundation with experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
