What you will do

• Perform complex geospatial analysis using ArcGIS and ESRI to validate asset locations and identify data discrepancies.
• Synthesize diverse inputs including field photography, Lidar, and historical work order documentation to verify asset accuracy.
• Resolve conflicting information between field conditions and systems of record such as SAP and GIS platforms.
• Lead technical writing by mapping complex process flows and documenting "as-is" vs "to-be" workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on product strategy and operational needs.
• Prioritize data clean-up initiatives based on business value versus effort.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional analytical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, ESRI, or AutoCAD Map 3D.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced graphing).
• Proven experience in problem identification and root cause analysis.

Nice to have

• Operational experience within the public utility or civil infrastructure industry.
• Familiarity with Records Management Systems such as SAP or SAS.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional project teams.
