What you will do

• Lead key projects within the company's transformation roadmap and VusionIntelligence business unit.
• Conduct strategic market analysis, M&A screening, and commercial due diligence.
• Identify, scope, and coordinate strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor performance and track progress of VAS business lines against organizational goals.
• Prepare executive-level reports and support key leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce thought leadership content and white papers.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business or Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience, including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of management, including C-level.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments (Finance, R&D, Product, Sales).
• English: C1+ proficiency required for an international environment.
• Knowledge of the retail and consumer goods industry.
