What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the AEX Experience educational tours.
• Execute engaging tours for scholars and students, ensuring a seamless visitor experience.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for the organization of group visits.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to schedule and organize tours.
• Develop content for the website and other platforms to increase visibility of the experience.
• Maintain and update the CRM database to foster relationships with schools and universities.

Requirements

• Degree in tourism, leisure, events, facilities, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Must be able to work onsite at Beursplein 5 in Amsterdam.
• Strong organizational skills with a customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
