Manager, Finance (FP&A): Providing financial support to Telemundo Streaming and corporate functions with an accent on revenue analysis, budget management, and executive reporting. Focus on leading the monthly close process, driving financial insights, and managing a direct report to ensure operational excellence.

Location: Must be based in Miami, Florida (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day finance support for Streaming and Corporate functions.
• Lead pacing, budget, and variance analysis for various cost centers.
• Own the monthly close process while ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights on financial results and performance.
• Oversee revenue forecasts and actuals for greenlight/postmortem processes.
• Manage, develop, and motivate at least one direct report.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or Accounting experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading and supervising direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, or SAC.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired.
