What you will do

• Extract and cleanse large payroll datasets from legacy systems.
• Map legacy payroll fields to the new system structure.
• Perform detailed data reconciliation pre- and post-migration.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies.
• Support payroll parallel runs and system testing cycles.
• Collaborate with system vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project readiness.

Requirements

• Strong payroll knowledge and understanding of payroll processes.
• Proven experience with payroll data, migration, or system implementation.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.
• Ability to work onsite in Warrington, UK.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a project environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll or HR systems like iTrent, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Understanding of data mapping and migration methodologies.
