What you will do

• Process accurate and timely contractor payrolls for global regions.
• Manage vendor accounts and ensure adherence to payment timelines.
• Resolve payroll queries while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce query volume.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Glasgow, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365, Mercury, or Power BI.
