What you will do

• Serve as second-in-command for personnel vetting and HSPD-12 PIV credentialing operations.
• Oversee daily delivery across workstreams including intake, adjudication support, and PIV issuance.
• Manage team stand-ups, task assignments, and operational priorities.
• Lead risk, issue, and action management in coordination with the Quality Manager.
• Support contract compliance through status reports, metrics, and executive-ready briefings.
• Maintain and update policy documents, SOPs, and training artifacts aligned with Trusted Workforce 2.0.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Public Trust Clearance Eligibility required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Federal Personnel Security/Vetting industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in Trusted Workforce 2.0 Core Doctrine.
• Experience with federal background investigation, onboarding, or credentialing programs.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and reporting.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience with VA-CABS, USAccess, or NBIS/eApp systems.
