What you will do

• Build and nurture relationships with team members to cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Provide technical oversight and architectural support to junior developers.
• Balance hands-on development (approx. 50% of time) with project management and solution design.
• Firefight and resolve complex issues while maintaining a positive team attitude.
• Interface between the development team and clients to balance project needs with team capacity.
• Advocate for technology standards and mentor team members through code reviews and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with modern languages such as Java or C#.
• Broad knowledge of web application development and cloud computing.
• Proven experience leading development teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to justify designs and provide constructive feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cleveland, OH office.
