What you will do

• Translate customer business needs into technical solutions and support the full sales cycle from discovery to deal closure.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging hardware, software, and services, validating feasibility and deployment models.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and lead value workshops for stakeholders (business, finance, operations).
• Produce executive-ready value reports, dashboards, and QBR content to ensure solution adoption.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Operations to align product roadmaps with field requirements.
• Standardize value frameworks, ROI models, and industry benchmarks across regions.

Requirements

• Experience in store operations, including pricing, shelf management, and stock.
• Proficiency in retail KPIs (margin, productivity, shrinkage, customer experience) and building ROI/business cases.
• Knowledge of digital transformation in retail, IoT basics, Cloud platforms, and SaaS architectures.
• Ability to design end-to-end scalable solutions based on client needs and technical feasibility.
• Strong presentation skills for audiences ranging from store managers to CIOs.
