What you will do

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for diverse projects across multiple industries.
• Design and optimize business processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial scoping to post-implementation review.
• Act as the primary interface between business teams and IT to translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in business analysis with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with information life cycle management.
• Proficiency in French.
