What you will do
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for diverse projects across multiple industries.
- Design and optimize business processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial scoping to post-implementation review.
- Act as the primary interface between business teams and IT to translate needs into actionable solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business analysis with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with information life cycle management.
- Proficiency in French.
