Customer Service Advisor (Technical)

Location: Merthyr Tydfil, United Kingdom; occasional home working is available.

Salary: £26,116 pro-rata, rising to £26,738 pro-rata after 8 months; hourly rate £13.35.

What you will do

• Handle customer calls about mobile technology and device-related queries.
• Resolve straightforward technical issues and investigate more complex problems.
• Help customers stay connected with their family, friends, and contacts.
• Build positive customer relationships through calm, helpful communication.
• Work evening shifts from Monday to Friday, 4:45 PM to 9:00 PM.

Requirements

• Natural helpfulness, calm communication, and the ability to build relationships.
• Specific previous experience is not required; training is provided.
• Interest in gaming or tinkering with technology can provide transferable skills.
• Availability for the specified part-time evening schedule is required.
