What you will do

• Lead client discovery to frame business problems and propose data analytics architectures.
• Design and develop high-impact BI solutions, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards.
• Own the semantic model design and development in collaboration with data engineers and scientists.
• Translate exploratory analyses into visual narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive reporting governance and transfer best practices to client teams.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to accelerate analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing or advisory roles.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX and semantic modeling.
• Working knowledge of SQL, dbt, or Spark for data extraction and processing.
• Practical experience using LLM-based AI tools to enhance work quality.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• SME-level domain knowledge in Retail, Banking & Finance, or Telecommunications.
• Experience in Big4 or top-tier consultancy.
• Prior experience with generative AI or machine learning projects.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Looker.
