What you will do
- Analyze employee engagement, culture, and sentiment data from surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify trends, drivers, and risk areas related to organizational health.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on DE&I metrics, including representation and progression indicators.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations.
- Partner with global HR, Culture & Engagement, and DE&I teams on analytical topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or workforce analytics.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
- Experience working with HRIS and survey platforms.
- Advanced English proficiency required for clear communication and storytelling.
- High level of integrity and sensitivity when handling confidential and DE&I-related data.
Nice to have
- Experience with engagement, culture, or DE&I analytics.
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
- Affinity for or experience with AI-driven analytics.
