TL;DR

HR Data Analyst (Culture, Engagement & DE&I): Transforming people data into actionable insights to support organizational health and inclusion initiatives with an accent on engagement surveys, sentiment analysis, and DE&I metrics. Focus on building dashboards, conducting deep-dive diagnostics, and translating complex findings into executive-ready storytelling.

What you will do

  • Analyze employee engagement, culture, and sentiment data from surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify trends, drivers, and risk areas related to organizational health.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on DE&I metrics, including representation and progression indicators.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Partner with global HR, Culture & Engagement, and DE&I teams on analytical topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or workforce analytics.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
  • Experience working with HRIS and survey platforms.
  • Advanced English proficiency required for clear communication and storytelling.
  • High level of integrity and sensitivity when handling confidential and DE&I-related data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with engagement, culture, or DE&I analytics.
  • Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
  • Affinity for or experience with AI-driven analytics.
