HR Data Analyst - Culture, Engagement & DE&I

What you will do

• Analyze employee engagement, culture, sentiment, and feedback data.
• Identify trends, drivers, disparities, and risk areas related to engagement and organizational health.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses following engagement surveys, pulse checks, and culture diagnostics.
• Analyze DE&I metrics covering representation, progression, and inclusion indicators.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Translate complex findings into recommendations, executive-ready presentations, and stakeholder storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or workforce analytics.
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, advanced Excel, HRIS, and survey platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency is required, together with integrity and sensitivity when handling confidential and DE&I-related data.

Nice to have

• Experience with engagement, culture, or DE&I analytics.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
• Affinity for or experience with AI-driven analytics.
