What you will do
- Conduct new starter, refresher, up-skilling, and cross-skill training, including knowledge checks and assessments.
- Manage groups of trainees on a day-to-day basis, including administration and follow-through.
- Perform training needs analysis and report on findings to support operational goals.
- Provide daily support during nesting and business-as-usual (BAU) phases.
- Maintain and capture learner records in accordance with client requirements.
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in a training role.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy (MS Office).
- Availability to work US Night Shift from Monday to Sunday.
