What you will do

  • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog while ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and manage expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and feature refinement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
  • Solid background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Brussels.
