What you will do
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog while ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and manage expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and feature refinement.
Requirements
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
- Solid background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
- Must be able to work on-site in Brussels.
