What you will do

• Advise, draft, and negotiate outbound SaaS master subscription agreements and ancillary commercial documents.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with revenue recognition, deal desk, and privacy teams to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Build relationships with sales leadership to provide practical, strategic legal advice.
• Support the continuous improvement of standard legal templates, playbooks, and commercial processes.
• Manage multiple complex deals while prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of transactional legal experience in technology agreements, specifically SaaS.
• 4+ years of in-house experience with a large technology vendor.
• Significant experience supporting sales teams in Europe for large, strategic accounts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SaaS business models, revenue recognition, and data privacy frameworks.
• Current ability to practice law in Ireland, the UK, or another EU country.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to advise senior leadership on complex commercial issues.
