What you will do
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice coding and late notice preparation.
- Assist the Property Manager with financial reports and day-to-day portfolio operations.
- Handle office administration, including call screening, guest greeting, and package acceptance.
- Enter and track work order requests and Certificates of Insurance for vendors and tenants.
- Facilitate the creation and execution of vendor service contracts.
- Coordinate building activity for move-ins/outs and plan tenant events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic accounting skills and mathematical aptitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Must be based in Houston, TX.
