What you will do

• Perform manufacturing processes according to batch production records (BPRs), SOPs, and work instructions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment and report malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate production records and enter labor and material data into the SAP inventory control system.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues and drive process improvements.
• Ensure strict compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist in training new technicians on safety protocols and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to travel to Bethlehem, PA
• 1-3 years of previous manufacturing or production work experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for general equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in utilizing calculators, balances, and various measuring equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, and proficiency in manufacturing software.
