What you will do

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage tax requirements including ITR, FBT, BAS, and support R&D tax incentive submissions.
• Support annual group audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Optimize financial systems, implement controls, and enhance operational processes.
• Provide financial insights to senior management and manage budgets and headcount plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in finance.
• CA/CPA qualification.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.

• Experience with SQL.
